The full programme of international commissions, exhibitions and special events has been announced for the 2012 Liverpool Biennale. Titled The Unexpected Guest, the Biennale will show work by over 60 artists from across the world in locations around the city, including Auckland/Berlin-based artist Dane Mitchell who has been commissioned to make a new work for the programme.
